跳跳生魚片....買尬的!
Today, we when to Ueno ameyayokocho ready to buy New Year's eve Ingredients, then we went to OIOI 9F for lunch at Sushi Restaurant, Bobby san kinda wanna eat Tekkadon last night , so today we ordered one Tekkadon and one plate Sashimi, Im a little bit regret later for that, when the dish rady and came to me then I saw the fish head was g jump a bit!!!!!!! think I might be wrong, then the waitress and me to looked closer the fish head and then she's jumped up again!!!!! I was shaking what I saw and got big time to scared scream, the master laugh and asked me every things ok? well, this is not "OK" to me ><
It is so afraid to see the living fish head in front of me, so I put a toothpick stuck in the fish split down and to said sorry and make a prayer for them, then, I asked the waitress to put beak the fish to the master............Although, this will be very rude to the chef, but they know we are foreigner so mught understand a little bit ! T-T I really can not eat this relive things!
I know that many people will think this is nothing... because we usually eat other meat too, but now I can understand why most foreigners do not eat seafood head because there have a reason is feel soooo guilt or gross XDDD after this series of shock..... think I won't to ordere any fish head seafood, this is really scared me big time XDDDD
But I know why there is such decorations as the master wanted to indicate that this is how fresh fish it was..... actually, they really don't need to make this -.- raw fish in Japan is always have a great quality guarantee here ~
今天，高村桑跟著我去上野阿美橫丁(アメヤ横丁) 買年菜，買了一些準備要用的食材，然後，我們接著去OIOI 9F 順便去吃午餐，高村桑從昨晚就想吃鐵火丼，所以，今天我們就去了壽司店用餐，我點了一盤生魚片之後實在有點後悔，一端上桌我看到魚頭噗通噗通的跳了一下，我以為我眼花看錯了，跟女服務生定睛一看了魚頭又跳了，我在驚聲尖叫中被抖動的魚嚇到，師傅在旁邊看了邊笑邊問大丈夫か？實在是不敢這樣讓魚頭活生生看著我吃飯，於是，我把戳在魚身上的牙籤拆了下來，一 邊說對不起一邊替魚兒默禱，接著，我請小姐把魚送回去給師傅........ 雖然，我知道這樣對師傅會很失禮，但他們知道我們是歪果人也應該就了解！T-T俺實在是吃不下去呀！
我知道，很多人會覺得這沒什麼.....因為我們平常也吃其他肉類，但是我現在可以體會為什麼外國人吃海鮮不吃頭的原因了.....因為真的會有罪惡感 XDDD經過這一連串的驚嚇....我以後還是不要點有魚頭的海鮮好了~真把我嚇死了 -.-
但我知道為什麼會有這樣的擺飾，因為師傅想表示這是現撈新鮮的魚.....其實，真的可以不用這樣 -.- 在日本吃魚生本來就是很有品質的保證了~
插花一下: 今天在阿美橫的地下中國城買老干媽辣醬時，看到一個操著中國口音的熟齡太太，強凹店員給她"濕背秀" 店員不肯結果那位太太就自己拿了一包湯圓走了 >< 這好像菜市場買菜要老闆送蔥薑蒜的感覺阿? 但我們只敢默默的收不敢太明顯的凹.....還好，每次買菜我都沒有凹老闆，反而是老闆自己給我好多"好料" XDDDDD
今天結帳一共3500 日幣CP值蠻高的~因為，高村桑除了鐵火丼之外還有點玉子燒壽司兩塊，還有未增湯兩碗
我的海鮮丼飯還蠻超值的~
就是這盤生魚片把我的愧疚感羞恥心給逼出來了 XDDDD
