日本連鎖拉麵店的督察會到每家店去突擊檢查，要看看店主是不是有符合總店的要求，按步驟按程序來出菜，總評分之後的貼紙由店主自己雙手親自貼上去!! 消費者可以一目了然這家店的分數，也警惕店主要勿忘初衷的把料理人精神擺在最前面!! 幾個月之後督察還會再來看看是否有進步，再重新評分.......

A guest from Germany, wrote a mail to asked us about the pillow material..... because he said can make him have good sleep XDD Had me scared to death LOL I thought he was writing mail to complain about the pillow XDDDD

we replied to him about the pillow material is made by with buckwheat hulls, originally we did not expect guests will like this small size of natural buckwheat pillow, so I make two small in one, so can make our guests sleep free comfortably~

actually in Taiwan, we are generally used to mung bean shell pillow, also feel good sleep at night

德國的一位客人，寫信來問我們: 枕頭的材質是用什麼製做的? 因為可以讓他感覺到好好睡 XDDD 於是我們就回覆說材質是用天然蕎麥殼製作的，沒想到原本客人嫌棄尺寸太小的天然蕎麥枕頭，我覺得放在備品室不用可惜就被我兩個併一個之後大受歡迎~ XDDD 快把我給嚇死，我以為他是寫信來抱怨的

其實在台灣我們一般都是用綠豆殼來當枕頭心，也是很好睡。

<<中藥典>>記載：「蕎麥殼有清腦，明目之功效，對失眠，多夢，頭暈，耳鳴等疾具良好效果」

Orangutan his also in hotel industry at Paris, thought he will be more empathy for us, he stay for 4 days then to asked for cnanged sheets and pillowcases, then next day in the very early morning he's gone to some where for trip for few day's then come back hereagain, hey, excuse me, here is the hotel for backpackers okay? why you need to changed sheets and pillowcases if you need to go some place the day befor you leave? FXXX

also Orangutan his bath time, like to turn on the music very very loud, singing loudly just like some one will be murder, why you didn't have any sorry for others? brrrrrr shame on you!!!
in public the places also laughing out loud than anyone else, I really like to slap he face to told him : to Shut Fxxx up your mouth!!

like I said that before: a good Guests it makes you like in the heaven, the evil one can makes you want to strangle theys neck!!

淫蕩的法國紅毛猩猩~~~

特徵:
黑的與白的混血，膚色偏棕色所以這是他紅毛猩猩的綽號由來~

令人反感的事蹟:
討厭臺灣或中國或著講中文的人!!! 有明顯的歧視，有著特有人種的優越感，因為他覺得說中文的人都很大聲......所以，他常常開玩笑說台灣人怎樣中國人怎樣，瑪麗格逼~你就不會怎樣?

很奇怪，老外的喜歡跟愛可以分得很清楚，嘴巴講喜歡誰誰誰，但是私底下詢問哪裡有紅燈區可以去探險.....真想回他探你老母咯，賤呸一個.....

紅毛猩猩從事飯店業，以為會有多一份同理心，結果，不是這麼一回事，住個四天就要求換床單被套枕套，你瑪戈逼逼扣，這裡是背包客飯店好嗎?你當我們是五星級嘛? 然後換好的當晚只回來睡幾小時就退房去別的地方旅行，艸~你他馬床單被套枕套是換心酸的嗎?

紅毛猩猩洗澡的時候，喜歡把音樂開得非常大聲，還在大聲唱簡直就像牛在號哭，這時候你怎麼不說自己很大聲蛤? 在公共場所中笑的比誰都還大聲還要邪惡....真想一巴掌給他呼下去....

好的客人讓你想上天堂，壞的讓你想掐死他們下地獄!!

Seriously!!!! I am really annoying those who were like to play "hypocrite game" people.....don't ever to put small shoes on our side if you are Not in this industry, Do not underestimate the value of our experience!!! you absolutely can not understand our trouble that we have to go through every day!!!!

脈絡球瘤開刀滿兩年

好快！兩年前回台灣到台中的中國醫藥大學附設醫院找整形外科的李主任開刀！把那右手大拇指萬惡的脈絡球瘤給鏟掉，想到李醫師給我拔指甲的當兒，我很清楚的感受那指甲剝離的過程（有上麻藥喔！）我還是挫的想閃尿😂😂😂

現在，同隻手腕又長一顆瘤😅😅😅 回台也是要鏟掉，然後，北醫的腸胃科護理師打給我阿母說我應該要回去作追蹤檢查.....

健康真的很重要喔！
